I was dealing with a very painful ingrown toenail on a Friday and knew I couldn’t make it through the weekend without being seen. When I called Columbus Foot, Tami (I believe that was her name) answered, and she was incredibly kind and understanding. She went out of her way to adjust the schedule and fit me in that same day. I was in and out within an hour, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. Truly a 10/10 experience—I’m so grateful for their care and compassion!

If you're having foot and ankle pain this place needs to be the only place you go. They are wonderful and take care of you very well! They cured my plantar fasciat which I've had for years! I love these people!

I came to them with a pain that felt like someone was stabbing my foot with a hot poker. I was diagnosed with a condition called Plantar Fasciitis, which is a swelling of the thick band of tissue that is under the foot. The first time they gave me an injection, which relieved my pain within 24 hours. When the condition resurfaced, I decided to use the radial shockwave therapy. It’s a therapy that lasts for 5 weeks. How it works is that the surrounding areas are given minor amounts of trauma, which increases the pain and triggers the body’s own internal healing process. So while the first couple of weeks were very painful, eventually the pain began to ease up. And now, I’m pain free and feel so much better. Additionally the staff is courteous and helpful. Dr. Cwynar is very knowledgeable and communicative. He explains the process in very simple terms, making it easier to understand what’s wrong and how the treatment would help. I highly recommend them.

Super easy to get an appointment and everyone was so nice! Dr Cwynar is excellent, patient and kind and reassuring. Made me feel like he had all day to spend with me. Happy to recommend this practice!

Initial visit was a thorough assessment. A detailed plan is in place with physician recommended foot care products. Patty, CNP was very informative. Mescal, delivered pain free treatment. Staff is efficient and encouraging. I highly recommend Columbus Podiatry & Surgery; as they apply best practice values.

I had a great first-time visit at Columbus Podiatry and Surgery. Dr. Eric Cywnar made the entire appointment comfortable and straightforward. He has a great sense of humor and takes the time to actually talk with you, which made the experience feel much more relaxed. I went in for a scan for custom orthotics, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The staff at the front desk were just as impressive. Scheduling was quick and easy, and when I arrived, they were welcoming and efficient. It’s clear the whole office works together to create a positive experience from start to finish. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend Dr. Cywnar and the team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Columbus Podiatry and Surgery. I was treated by Dr. Eric Cywnar for a big toenail removal, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Dr. Cywnar was funny, personable, and immediately put me at ease, which made an uncomfortable procedure much easier. The nursing staff was outstanding — they took their time and made absolutely sure my toe was completely numb before starting. That attention to detail made a huge difference. The front desk staff deserves a special mention as well. From my very first phone call, they were friendly, helpful, and able to fit me in quickly. When I arrived in person, that same warmth and professionalism continued. I’ve had this procedure done by another local podiatrist in the past, and this experience was far better in every way. I highly recommend Columbus Podiatry and Surgery and Dr. Cywnar to anyone needing podiatric care. Thank you Dr. Cywnar and staff!!!

Highly recommend Columbus podiatry. Dr. Caymar and Jesse were both incredibly kind, professional, and caring throughout my ingrown toenail procedure. They were able to get me in the same day, made the whole process smooth and comfortable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how quickly they helped me and how well they treated me. Great experience overall!

So I am a very nervous patient. I'll never get used to medical offices and can't fathom elective procedures. I had a very serious toe problem for many years that this office has finally taken care of. Everyone was kind especially when I bluntly told them that I was afraid lol. I'm so happy with how everything went and am healing so well. Everyone was funny and caring and patient with me and it means so very much. Great parking. Clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend. Thanks y'all. *And they let me bring it home lol.
